Everything in Manage is placed in a way that just makes sense. Tap on a title or date to change it, or tap on any task to see its details… easy. Check out the support page

Adding tasks (typed or hand-written), searching, tags and sorting are all easy to reach.
Search by Tags or Filter Search by Title, Notes and Tags.
Sort tasks by default (list), priority, date or by completed tasks.
Sometimes typing or handwriting a task alone isn’t enough. We need more than that and being able to type our task then pen in our handwritten notes is well… very useful and a lot of fun.
Access your to-do lists anywhere
You want to mark a task important? Highlight it! Don’t feel like typing all the time? Use a stylus pen!:)
At the end of the day a task management app that limits you to one device is well… limiting. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could enter your daily tasks in the privacy of your home, sync them online and then access them from anywhere with an internet connection?
We have that too :).
And thanks to Toodledo’s third party tools, you can also sync with Microsoft Outlook.
Archive and backup your completed tasks, gtds, to-do lists… permanently
That’s right, you can also complete lists :).
But the cool part is our archives, which store your completed tasks and lists.
We even have settings that let you set how you want your tasks archived. Sweet.
At the end of the day, are your tasks truly safe? What if your iPad was to melt down (hopefully this never happens!)… but you never know. All good, with the backup feature, we even have you covered against that :).

Use tags to break up and organise your tasks.
Sometimes our task lists just keep growing… and a task can easily get lost in the crowd. No problem! Use the search feature to quickly and easily find what you are looking for.
Shopping lists, wish lists, gtd lists, to-do lists and more lists. As usual we keep things simple. Switch over to thumbnail view to get a quick overview of all your lists and also for drag and drop support to reorder your lists. Like we said, managing your task lists should always be quick, painless and easy.
Another handy little feature is subtasks. Sometimes a task needs to be broken down further and this is where subtasks come in. Mmm… handy.
You shouldn’t have to read instruction manuals to use an app, even so, we do have an online support page (just in case). But besides that we have a quick and handy help overlay that lets you get going straight away. Just tap the question mark and away you go.
Convenience rules. Wouldn’t it be nice to see what upcoming tasks are due… no matter where you are in the app? Our little ‘Pocket Reminder’ takes care of that.
Manage is about you… so we let you choose your own theme
The classic Manage theme is great… but everyone is different. We want you to be able to choose your own experience. Which is why Manage comes with a bunch of free themes to choose from.

Hi, my name is Cliff and it’s my mission to respond to all your emails and requests as soon as possible. In other words, you will always get a reply within 24 hours, up to a maximum of 48 hours (Ok, with some very rare exceptions where I might be ill or away that I always do apologise for).
After all, at the end of the day it’s you the customer that pays my bills… and ignoring you is just not cool. I’ll even happily advise you on how to get a refund if I haven’t responded in a timely manner.
